One Year Warranty: Parts and Labor

Carolina Furniture stands behind all manufacturer warranties with free “In-Home” service for both parts and labor for one year from your date of delivery. In the event your item is not able to be repaired in you home, we reserve the right to repair your item at our repair facility, or your item may need to be returned to the factory. In either event, there are no charges for the pickup and return of repaired item within in the first year. Mattress warranties may vary. This policy does not apply to clearance merchandise. Any item sold as "Clearance" is "As-Is" and does not qualify for any applicable service or warranty policy. Please understand that although we are an authorized service center for the manufacturers we carry, all warranties are underwritten by the manufacturer and not Carolina Furniture Co., Inc. Your original sales receipt may be required to obtain service.

Damage

Please carefully inspect your items at the time of delivery. Do not sign for merchandise without first inspecting. Any freight damage or factory defects must be clearly noted on delivery receipt at the time of delivery. No claims of “hidden, concealed or un-noticed” damage will be honored after 72 hours of delivery.

Special Orders

Special orders are orders for items that Carolina Furniture does not maintain in stock, even if they are on display in our showroom, and such orders are not subject to cancellation. Any authorized order cancellation is subject to a loss of deposit or a 15% re-stocking fee at our option. Special order items require a 30% deposit. Please be prepared to wait for special order merchandise to arrive at our warehouse, and allow for additional delivery time thereafter. Many orders average 6-8 weeks, some vendors are 28 days or less. Although an approximate order time may be given, we cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control. In Stock Merchandise

We want you to love your new furniture! If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase of an in stock item, we will gladly refund your purchase price within three days provided merchandise is in new condition, with no soiling or damage. Mattress sets excluded. Restocking fees, fabric protection charges, and or merchandise shipping, delivery & pickup return costs may apply.

Will it Fit?

Please Be Sure Before You Order! Although we will assist you in selecting your new home furnishings, you are solely responsible for your merchandise “fitting” in your home. Please consider all doorways and entries to your home as well as the area you intend to place the items.

We offer free computerized room design in our store and a free helpful Room Planner on our site to assist you with the layout of your room.

 

Delivery & Customer Pickup

Local Sales

truckOnce your merchandise is received at our warehouse, we will notify you and schedule your delivery within a three hour time window, on an agreed upon day. Once your delivery is scheduled, we will confirm your delivery with a “confirmation” number. Please know your confirmation number when calling to check the status of your delivery. If you have not been given a confirmation number, we do not have a delivery scheduled for you. For order status, please call 740-633-2200 menu option 5.

Ecommerce Sales

Third party shippers are contracted to ship your order. Your order delivery “Terms & Conditions” may vary from one carrier to another. Please contact us for specifics.

Customer Pickup

Customer pickups must be scheduled 24 hours in advance. Customers should have suitable moving supplies such as pads or old blankets and tie-down straps. All items are required to be inspected by the customer prior to loading. You must notify us at the time of your order if you wish for us to keep the original factory packaging. A pickup “confirmation” number will also be assigned to your order. If you have not been given a confirmation number, we do not have you scheduled for pickup and your order will not be available for pickup. Often customer's arrive to pickup their order without prior notification and don't realize their order has not been prepared, inspected and transferred to the loading dock for pickup. You Must Schedule Your Pickup! Please present your pickup confirmation number when arriving at our warehouse or store for pickup.
